3	Property Tax Application Search Methods Click Property Tax on Applications line Click Search on the Command Tools line To find an individual property enter a PIN or Address Click the gray Search box
4	Property Tax Application Alternate Search Methods Another search method is to click Locate on the Command Tools line There are several useful methods to search, the best being Street Intersections Enter a street name then select the valid cross intersection Click the gray Locate box
5	Property Tax Application Parcel Map Labels Data can be displayed on the map. Click Label on the Command Tools line The label choices are: PIN Address Assessed Value Sale Date and Amount Year built Living Area PINs are displayed
6	Property Tax Application Parcel Map Labels PIN – Displays parcel numbers Address - Displays street numbers Assessed Value – Allows comparison of total value in an area Sale Date and Amount – Allows comparison of area sales data Living Area – Ability to find homes of similar size Assessed values are displayed
7	Property Tax Application Legend – Aerial Photography Aerial Photography can be displayed . Click Legend on the Command Tools line Click the blue On/Off button by Aerial Photography. Then click the gray Update Map box. Click the blue On/Off button by Color Shaded Tax Parcels. Then click the gray Update Map box.
8	Property Tax Application Parcel Reports A detailed property report can be created. Click Reports on the Command Tools line Next click the desired parcel An individual parcel report is created. A multiple parcel report can be created however it is limited and is being modified Sale price and date is shown
9	Property Tax Application Individual Tax Parcel Report The Parcel Report details Situs data Legislative and Taxing Body data Assessment, Real Estate Tax, and Exemption Data Characteristics of Improvements Assessor Contact Reports can be printed
10	Environment Application Environment Label Topics Select Environment from Applications line Data can be displayed on the map. Click Topic on the Command Tools line The Topic choices are: FEMA Floodplain Lake County Wetlands ADID Wetlands Topography Soil Survey
